What we collect
We collect only what you give us through our forms: your email address, and optionally your name, role, company details, and answers to short questions about your business. If you send a consultation inquiry we also collect the details you enter, such as phone number, company, and budget range. We record the date you signed up, which resource you requested, whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign tags in the link.
How we use it
- To deliver the free resource you requested.
- To respond to consultation inquiries and messages.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which resources and services are most useful, so we know what to build next.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions. We may use an email marketing provider to deliver resources and emails, and a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies to track you across sites. When paid products launch, payments will be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email marlene@contractordock.com.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site and limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to run ContractorDock.
