Digital products
ContractorDock tools and templates are digital downloads delivered right after purchase. Because the files can't be returned once downloaded, sales are generally final.
If something doesn’t work
If a file won’t open, is damaged, or doesn’t match its description, email marlene@contractordock.com within 14 days of purchase. We’ll fix it or send a working file, and if we can’t, we’ll refund you.

Consulting is covered by the written scope you agree to before any work or payment begins.
