What’s included

• Work performed: area or trade, work completed with quantities, and crew hours.

How to use this template

1. Start a new report every day, or every shift. Number them so none go missing.
2. Record weather morning and afternoon, including any hours lost.
3. List work completed by area with quantities, plus every crew on site and their hours.
4. Log deliveries, inspections and visitors as they happen.
5. Write down any direction you receive in the field: who gave it, when, and what it affects.
6. Note tomorrow’s plan and photo references, then sign it. File it the same day.
